Fitness Friday: Get Healthy for Summer 2016!

These are just some tips for you to get healthy for summer

  • Think- Think about how good it will feel when you complete a workout.

  • Reward Yourself- Let’s just say you have a favorite shower gel, designate it as your after shower treat

  • Alarms- Set your alarm for a workout. Its nice to workout around the same time everyday.
  • Shut It Off- Shut your phone off at least 30 minutes before bed. It’ll help your brain wind down and you can actually get some sleep

Pack Snacks-

    If you’re anything like me, you get hungry in between lunch and dinner. It is helpful to pack some healthy snacks that’ll help you get through the afternoon and give you lots of energy. I recommend the apples and peanut butter.  Yum!

  • Drink a cup of tea before bed
